Ayokunle Famuagun is an exceptional individual with extensive knowledge in both legalizing existing basements and developing new ones. He attentively listens to customer requirements, ensuring that each project meets the highest quality standards. Overall, this company is a pleasure to work with, valuing both its customers and long-term relationships.

In my case, I already had a developed basement that I wanted to legalize. After interviewing a significant number of contractors, I was discouraged by their approaches – most either complicated the process or proposed budgets nearly equivalent to building a new basement. Additionally, many were reluctant to take on such projects. Fortunately, I saw a lawn sign in my neighborhood advertising O.A.F. Construction. I thought I would give it one last try before giving up.

Ayokunle visited my site, assessed the work needed, and confidently assured me with a smile, 'We can do it; it shouldn't be a huge task.' O.A.F delivered the 1-bed unit in remarkable style. Everyone who has seen the unit has been in awe of how the space was transformed into an excellent dwelling space.

Being a walkout basement unit, concrete stairs and landing were installed for accessibility.

I was invited by my neighbor to visit his newly fully developed basement suite of two bedrooms upgraded. I was impressed by the quality of the work and the professionalism. I asked to get the name of the company, as I wanted the same work to be done in my basement. My neighbor gave me the name and phone number of the company O.A.F. I called them right away and I was impressed by the quick response I got from them.
Once they came on site, they used their professionalism to suggest from the best disign project to the quality of the materials to pick or choose.  We easly got to an agreement. The project started and a month and half later, I received the news from the City of Airdrie that the project was successfully completed and passed all the approved requirements. Also O.A.F walked me through the finished project to have my observation or comments before they handed the key to me.
I finally have my dream basement suite 2 bedrooms upgraded and ready to be used.
